By participating in the Program, each Entrant and Officer acknowledges that Sponsor will collect private or personal data about the Entrant and the Officer that is submitted in the Entry (the “Private Information”).

Sponsor may collect and use the Private Information for purposes of this Program and as authorized under these Terms and Conditions. Sponsor also may share with Be Intentional LLC and its advisors this Private Information, which may collect and use such Private Information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
